Gather in the gorgeous, garden-like dining room that seats 8, or gather along the island which can seat four. Boasting with style and comfort, the chic living room is completed with a flat-screen tv and luxurious couches, making it easy to kick your feet up and chat about your day. This home is self-check in. There will be no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. This home has a very restrictive parking policy enforced by towing. No street parking at any of the day. All vehicles must park in the garage and driveway. As our guest, you will have full access to the garage and driveway.
