Need a roommate to fill a spot in a 4BR/2bath starting mid-December until the end of July. Would prefer an easy going person, clean, responsible and respectable (currently 2 guys, 1 girl living here). The apartment complex is Tripp Street Apartments (right behind west hyvee) owned by Jensen Property Management. Rent is $350 and utilities are around $50. We are allowed to have pets, free parking, Internet and cable, Ames Racket & Fitness membership included, washer/dryer in the apartment and a spacious apartment. 1A bus and 7 Purple comes frequently.Contact if interested or have any questions!
