Tenants pay for all utilities. Owner will allow pets and there will be a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Additionally, there will be a $25 monthly fee for each pet. Tenants are responsible for mowing and maintaining yard maintenance. We recommend tenants obtain renters insurance. We charge $30 fee to run a credit and background check on all applicants.
