Situated on three rural acres with sunny views of St. Clements Bay. Mini fridge, hot water boiler and microwave in room, weekly use of kitchen can be arranged. Tenant is welcome to bring their own TV if desired. We are a busy family of three who are out of the house a lot. We have three beagle-mix lovable dogs. Only contact if you have employment, security deposit and first month's rent, no exceptions. Owner pays all utilities: electric, gas, water, cable, trash. Rent includes two loads of laundry per week.
