Short term, month to month, private, quiet bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, in large single family home. Best suited for a quiet, clean habits, professional working outside of the house, on a short term assignment or new to the area looking for longer term housing, a grad student, etc. Not suited for work-from-home housemates. Our house is not far from Medstar St. Marys Hospital, College of Southern Maryland, Medstar, Pax Naval Air Station, etc. The house is large enough for tenant's privacy from our family routines. Must be a dog person! Situated on three rural acres with sunny views of St. Clements Bay. Mini fridge, hot water boiler and microwave in room, occasional use of kitchen can be arranged. Tenant is welcome to bring their own TV if desired. We are a busy family of three who are out of the house a lot. We have three beagle-mix lovable dogs. If you have one well behaved dog, we would consider allowing him or her. Professionals working mostly out of the house during the week, or college students only. Owner pays all utilities: electric, gas, water, cable, trash. Rent includes two loads of laundry per week.
