The bathroom is private but located separately from the bedroom. Centrally located, the home is within ten minutes of Old Town, Little Italy, North Park, Mission Valley, and the airport. We're also within walking distance of highly rated restaurants, cafes, local parks, and boutique shops. This charming home features original hardwood floors, ample storage, a laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of street parking directly in front of the house. The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with three women currently occupying the other bedrooms. A Little About Our Household We're three women in our 30s balancing careers, school, and busy schedules. One roommate works primarily from a desk in a shared common area during the week, another works a hybrid schedule, and the third attends graduate school while working outside the home. While our schedules vary, we've created a cozy, welcoming space to come home to at the end of each day. We enjoy a friendly household atmosphere while also respecting one another's privacy, routines, and personal space. Room & Shared Spaces The bedroom comes unfurnished and includes a private bathroom located separately from the room. The dining room and living room are fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, cookware, bakeware, utensils, and dishes. We generally split the cost of shared household essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and other commonly used supplies. Household Environment & What We're Looking For We strive to maintain a bright, tidy, and welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable relaxing, unwinding, and occasionally hosting friends and family. We're looking for someone who is comfortable contributing to household chores, and takes initiative in maintaining shared spaces. Being considerate of others' schedules, belongings, and personal space is also important to us. We're seeking a responsible, friendly, and easygoing roommate who pays rent and utilities on time and values a peaceful, well-maintained living environment. Overnight guests are welcome on a limited basis, with consideration for the rest of the household. Unfortunately, due to a tenant's allergies, no pets are allowed.
