Hi! We are two female Mason grad students looking for a new housemate to live with in a house in city of Fairfax. The house is a cozy 3 bed/2 ba home with a big backyard, back deck, and plenty of parking with furnished common areas (bedroom unfurnished). It is a 10 minute walk (0.5 miles) from old town Fairfax and 1.5 miles from the George Mason University campus (bus stop at the end of the street). The rent is $850 + your share of utilities. There is already a pet here (a hypoallergenic cat) so unfortunately, no other pets. The lease starts August 1! Please DM me if you are interested and for pictures of the room. First month+last month+security deposit due at lease signing.
