The price for the space rent is $650 dollars a month, all utilities are charged separately. This space is nestled within our quiet and friendly all ages community. Events are held in our clubhouse which features a small library, coffee every day, and two pool tables! The community is a very fun, but also quiet and peaceful. We are located within walking distance to many of the attractions of Castro Valley including, the new library, shopping, movie theater, schools and many eateries.
