This home is located in a cozy neighborhood within three miles of the three major hospitals here in Nashville. Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities are also within three miles. It is a perfect location with many bars and restaurants that you can walk to. Furnished two bedroom, one bath, home in Sylvan Heights. All utilities, high speed internet and cable included. I live in an addition in the back of the house, but it is more of a duplex situation. It is very private. We are separated by double concrete walls. No shared spaces at all. You get the fabulous front porch, driveway, adorable kitchen, dining room, comfy living room and a nice private bath. (Sorry, no pets.) Each bedroom has a double bed, complete with linens and towels, kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably. It also has a new regular sized refrigerator with lots of freezer space. To get you in comfortably, I will provide some basic necessities; starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and shampoo. Clean linens and towels will be refreshed as needed. This home is cleaned by myself, and has had no other guests in it now for a month. It was being used as an Airbnb.
