The room for rent is on the first floor, on the left side of the main hallway, and the shared full bath is directly across the hall. The dimensions of the available room is 11'x9'11". Looking for male roommates only. No smoking or pets, lease is for 12 months, Aug 1 to July 31 (start date is flexible). Parking is available either in front of the house or in the driveway. During the months where it needs to be mowed, lawn care is distributed amongst the 4 of us, taking turns each week. Lawnmower/trimmer is provided.
