    What's special

Minutes from northern Delaware museums, I-95 and major highways, southern Pennsylvania, shopping centers and more! Parts of the apartment have been refurbished (new carpets, internet and cable rewiring, painted). It is two bedroom with one bathroom (shower/tub combo), open dining room/fam-room and kitchen. It is on the second floor of the apartment complex with only three other neighbors. Utilities: You must get your electricity through Delmarva Power. I have already submitted a downpayment on the service and would transfer it to your name (and not make you pay the downpayment). My costs have generally been under $50/month. Cable: I already have purchased a contract with Comcast that I am willing to transfer to your name if interested. It ends up being roughly $72/month for internet and cable and I have paid extra to get it rewired in the apartment (which I will not make you pay for). The apartment complex has an arrangement with a local Comcast representative and they strongly recommend you go with them. Verizon FIOS is unfortunately not available for our location. To become a renter of my apartment, all you need to do is fill out an application and be screened by Apartments at Greenview. It is a $50 application fee and you will need your ID, social and pay stubs or however you receive your income for the application. Once you're approved we both will come and sign a lease holder release form. Why am I renting my place out and transferring my lease? I fortunately and unfortunately have gotten elsewhere that this apartment is no longer convenient for me to travel to my new job. Neighbors were relatively quiet and I liked the convenience of being close to the Pennsylvania border, I-95, local museums and to my previous job. Tenant pays for utilities (through Delmarva Power) and must acquire renter's insurance (Apartments at Greenview offers a basic renters insurance if needed). You will also need to fill out an application ($50 fee) and be screened.
