Nice Location. Very close to all these major highway 183, 114, I-30 & I-45. All good restaurants and convenience stores and Malls are short distance of the house. Good school dristic. Ten minutes from DFW airport. Very nice neighbourhoods and safe. Fence in the backyard with neighbours and gate can be locked with key. Tenants have to pay all utilities bill like water, gas, electric, cut grasses and small maintenance like (dish washer, faucet issue, toilet issue, kitchen waste disposal issue). I have upgraded most of them. I installed lemonade, new carpet, Faucet, new water heater. House is like new.
