Zillow has no idea of home values when identical house in square footage and total remodel across street just sold for 1,250000 and values mine at half million less so fictional description now is to fit Zillow’s fictional price. Don’t pay attention to Zillow or Redfin or any on line valuations because they will low ball to get you to sell so they make a fast buck
