Property is currently vacant and ready for some good person to move in right away. However, we will not be doing private showings. We will be accepting applications and running credit on the spot. ($20/Adult, non-refundable). I will NOT be able to set any appointments prior to the open house. We will require a one year lease. Rent is for the unit is $1100 and we charge a flat rate of $175/month for gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Therefore the monthly due will be fixed at $1275. We are hoping to start the new lease as close to October 1st 2015 as possible. $2550 will be due at signing which includes; 1st months rent, and security deposit. Pet Policy: We accept dogs with a dog interview. The fence may or may not keep you dog if you have a tiny dog or a jumper. At the open house please come in and view the property. If you like the property and want to fill out an application, then we will meet your dog. Sorry no cats or birds. Pet rent is an additional $50/mo and an up front cleaning fee of $300 to Monster Vac the ventilation system and steam-clean the carpets at the end of your lease. $300+50=$350 added at signing. Utilities are fixed at $175.00 permonth, this includes Gas ,Electric, Water,Sewer and Trash.
