    A traditional 1930 home on a beautiful, quiet street in one of the best neighborhoods in Fort Worth. Three bedrooms, two baths, one with large clawfoot tub and separate shower. Two large living areas and extra room for home office or guest room. South facing, all rooms are flooded with natural light! Front porch with swing and comfortable seating, huge back porch with a grill connected to natural gas from the house so it never runs out. Mature landscaping with large shade trees and sprinkler system, electric gate to back yard and large detached garage, plus off-street parking in private driveway. Two central heat and air conditioning units on separate thermostats and insulated attic for all season comfort. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled over twenty years ago and I have rented it out since I moved overseas in 2012 so it is not in pristine condition. But everything works and I keep the rent almost $1,000 per month below market. I have owned the property since 1989 and raised my four children in the house. I don't need that much space any more! Walking distance to North Hi Mount Elementary School and Stripling Middle SchoolEasy access to all of Fort Worth's major attractions and institutions. The house is located just two and a half miles west of downtown, four miles north of TCU, four miles southwest of the Stockyards, seven miles east of Lockheed Martin and minutes away from The Colonial, Rivercrest, Shady Oaks and Rockwood (public) golf courses, with easy freeway access to I-35 and I-30. Please do not disturb the current tenant! First and last month rent due at move-in, security deposit due at signing of lease.
