Hi all, I have a multi-level 2 bedroom town home that I am looking for someone to lease, it's located in the heart of Ballston, VA, only a short walk to both the VA Square and Ballston Metro Stations and minutes away from Clarendon. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance and also a grocery store. Both bedrooms feature spacious closets and have lots of natural light. There is parking located right outside the home and the first space is included in rent. We are looking to sublet starting January 21st through February, 27th with the option to renew for a longer length, move in date is also flexible and the rest of January would be FREE.
