On those hot days enjoy the central air conditioning. There is a boat ramp with access to the Mississippi river close by so make sure you bring your boat! I may allow a small friendly well trained animal for an additional pet deposit and a monthly pet fee. There is $1000.00 security deposit and a $300.00 water deposit as well The monthly rent is $950.00 you pay utilities. The garages are not included. Prospective tenants must pass back ground check. You must have a steady income, and a good rental history.(If you look at Google maps and see the house across the street, the house is no longer there)You maintain the yard. you will pay a $1000. security deposit, There is also a cleaning fee of 150.00 or less depending how you leave it.
