rent a basement. private spacious bedroom with window. private closet. private bathroom. newly renovated. shared living area will be laundry, front and back door, kitchen, and driveway. located in a great neighborhood that's quiet. I would like to split utilities. no cats at all. dogs are a yes! I don't care about the size, I care that the dog has manners!! no cigarettes around my house. weed is fine! I live in a very quiet neighborhood I'm serious about being respectful to my neighbors! political opinions will have to be disclose to create a great living environment! my opinion will be I Hate the current administration!! my last roommate lasted 8 years!
