This unit features a private yard in which you can make your own and decorate in whatever way. There are laundry facilities on site which are coin operated. In the back there is a communal landscape area with a ping pong table and additional grass area! We require a one-year lease agreement. Tenant pays a $115 utility fee for gas, electricity, and water. There is no parking on-site unfortunately! We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit and a $50 pet rent per pet per month!
