There will be a non-refundable pet deposit of $500. The lease duration will be 1 year and could be extended if landlord and renter come to a written agreement. Early termination of contract results in a fee of 2 months of rent (3700) and at least 30 days notice to landlord. Smoking in the house is prohibited. We require that the renter has renters insurance before living in the house. Landlord will give the tenant 5 days to pay the rent or move, if neither is done in that time, they will be evicted unless both parties come to a written agreement. Late fee of 5 dollars per day if not payed on the set date of the contract.
