Bring along your dog with an additional/refundable pet fee. There is a community dog park. All pets/owners must obey HOA rules and regulations. The cost is $4500/month with a minimum lease of 30 days (per HOA Rules). Rental is available year-round. There is also a fully refundable pet deposit of $250. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The golf course, social club, and sports facility is private for members only. Neighborhood pool access is given year round. Included with the rental is full access to the club's pools. There are over 30 pools. These pools are conveniently located near residential homes, providing quick access for guests. Indian Ridge Country Club is one of the desert's premier private country club communities with a great central location in the Palm Springs area, close to Interstate 10, El Paseo, and the airport. Rental available for terms of at least 30 days. Golf is not included as it's restricted to member's only. Guests will have access to all of the community's pools. Utilities are paid for by the owner November - March. In the months of April- October, tenant pays for electric.
