We provide a blower door test which measures how much air leakage your home has. We also provide a HERS score on every home. HERS is an acronym for Home Energy Rating System which is used nationally. Where a score of 100 is a home that is built to our current energy code and a score of 0 is a 100% energy independent home that uses solar or other means to power and heat homes.
