Tenant can have a guest for a week maximum and has to submit a written notice to the owner before that. Owner will inspect the property with a 48 hours notice. Tenant is responsible to check the property regularly and inform the owner of any problems, for example (faucet leaks, sink and drainage leaks, roof leaks etc. with in 24 hours. Tenant has to make sure to use all appliances with ultimate care and responsible and to keep the inside and the outside in pristine condition.
