I've lived in this apartment for 2.5 years but need to relocate immediately for a new job. I'm hoping to find someone to take over the apartment! This studio is very quiet with only 6 similar units and facing away from the main street. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, and a mini split combo for heating and cooling. Water and trash are part of the rent. Electricity and Comcast wifi are separate. Pets allowed! The unit and the building have keyless door locks. Aside from your private key code, there is a general one for the building for delivery purposes. I haven't had any problems with packages! There are multiple SEPTA routes within a few minutes walk. The property is managed by Madison Parke. You will need to sign a new 1 year lease with them. The rental price is what I'm currently paying- it includes the trash, water, and pet fees. First, last, and deposit required.
