ONLY PAY RENT!!! NO DEPOSIT!!!! I currently have a lease on a one bedroom apartment at Ocean Walk Apartments. I am moving with my work and the nice leasing manager here at Ocean Walk said that one of my options was for me to have someone else move in and take over my lease. I will be moving out May 29th. So What I am looking for is someone that wants to live here at Ocean Walk starting May 30th or June 1st, with or without pets. The lease currently ends on February 1st of 2014 but of course you can sign on for longer at that time. The pet deposit of $500 is already paid. The rent is $1445 per month, the deposit goes with the apartment $1445 plus any application fee the office charges you, and renters insurance!!! This is great for Key West prices - no last month and huge security deposit due at signing. It is small, the floor plan can be seen on Ocean Walk's website as 'The Reef'. I've painted the walls in the living area a light blue with a bright blue accent wall. Honestly, I love it here; it's close to the beach, my utilities are low, my neighbors on all sides are friendly and quiet, whoever lives above me is very quiet (thank God!), the office staff is friendly and quick to respond to any problems, and they are doing a major facelift to the outside of the apartments (Painting the outside and our balconies, removing old carpets in the hallways and painting there, and new washers and dryers!). I wouldn't leave if it wasn't for my job. Just to make sure I give the full picture - some people complain about finding a parking space late at night. I don't know about that, I don't have a car. I've heard complaints about people not always cleaning up after their animals which I have noticed and have also noticed as improving drastically since the office staff begin cracking down on those pet owners with some hefty fines.
