Each bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and desk with chair. The living room and dining room combination are furnished and have hardwood floors. A dining and serving bar over look the living room and the washer/dryer are located in the laundry closet adjacent to the kitchen. The community offers a pool, gym, open parking, bike racks and has covered bus stops just outside with routes to UF, Santa Fe, Shands Hospital and more. The rental fee includes a $50 allowance towards monthly electric and water utilities. Any utility overages are billed evenly among all tenants. Internet is currently provided through the community association and is included in the monthly rental fee.
