There is a working washer and dryer in the basement, but it is there as a curtesy and will not be maintained or replaced by landlord. Tenant is responsible for utilities, garbage, and snow removal around the cabin. There is someone who plows the driveway, but there is no guarantee as to when they come through and the cost of that is included. The cabin has Queechy Lake rights and the tenant can join Adams Point Beach during the summer months. 6-12 month lease Water/Septic, driveway plowing, mowing included Tenant pays garbage, utilities (electric, internet, tv) No smoking on the property There is a washer/dryer on the property as a curtesy, but maintaining it is the responsibility of the tenant.
