You pay all utilities and maintain the yard in presentable condition. Renter pays gas, electric, water, sewer, trash, cable. and takes care of the yard maintainance. There is a $1050.00 security deposit a $400. pet deposit, and $ 40.00 additional monthly rent per pet. I prefer only one pet but I can be flexable in the right situation. There is a $350.00 water depost. Your income must be at least 2.5 time the rent. There is no smoking indoors. You must be able to pass a background and credit check!
