A nice apartment and community at the Madeira Apartment Complex. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. The apartment is located near beaches, restaurants, shopping mall, and other entertainments. My cousin has signed a contract for a year, but her husband just lost his job and is unable to continue paying rent for this apartment. Her lease will be expired in December, therefore I have to find someone to take over this apartment before she leaves. When someone is interested and takes this apartment, this person can either sign a new contract for one year or just take whatever months that my cousin has left. This price of rent is affordable for anyone if you have a stable job. It is hard to find an apartment with this price range in St. Petersburg area. Don't wait too long.
