We have 3 bedrooms; Master bedroom is double size and includes an office suite and a tv lounging area.The bed is a King .The suite includes a single person sofa bed. Both of the other bedrooms have Queen beds. All the beds, linens and pillows are fine quality and the mattresses are brand new and of the highest quality. Each bedroom has it's own closet and one has a walk in closet as well as an extra bureau. There are extra blankets and pillows as well. The office suite has a lovely desk and chair and printer. There are 2 bathrooms- One is an on-suite and has a tub/shower and the other is the larger bathroom with a very large shower. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances to serve any chef. There is a Cuisanart,multiblender,stick blender/whipper,2 stainless steel Italian stovetop expresso makers, coffeemaker,toaster,electric tea kettle and small cream whipper as well, citrus juicer and many more kitchen gadgets. The stove has a griddle in the middle and is a convection oven. There is a microwave on top. There is a 55" 4K smart tv in the living room that has free Netflix and HBO/Showtime/Cinemax available to you. The sliding door opens to the back yard where there are 2 large eating areas with umbrellas- one in front of the living room and one in the back yard- There is a BBQ as well.There is also a small coffee area thru the door of the 2nd bedroom. The Master and the 2nd bedroom have special Pella doors and windows with shades inside of the glass that allow you to adjust the shades to your comfort level easily. You can also access the back yard from these bedrooms as well.They also lock for security. As you walk up to our home you are greeted by the sweeet smell of roses and lavender and the blossoms of our Meyer Lemon tree. Our back yard is very private and fenced with potted plants of lavender, sage and a magnificent succulent fountain. We have 2 chaise lounge to spend your time relaxing in the sun and chairs to read or just have a relaxing drink and view the mountains behind you. Our location is perfect for taking advantage of all the wonderful things that Santa Barbara has to offer- sun, beach,shopping,hiking,trail walking,art,biking,boating etc- we have it all here. On a quiet San Roque street adjacent to Northside shopping and La Cumbre Plaza, close to downtown restaurants and Theatres, 10 minutes from local beaches and bus service just 2 blocks away.The wonderful part of our home is that we are so close to all the amenities we need ( there is a Whole Foods down the street as well) but our street is very residential and extremely quiet. There is no noise at all at night and none during the day as well. It is a very safe neighborhood and my neighbors have all been here for many years.
