NW Tiny Homes has a 400 sq ft homes in located in Milwaukie, OR available for a 1 year lease starting August 20th. About the location: The home is tucked back on a homed lot located within walking MAX and Milwalkie River Front and about a 15 minute bike ride to Clackamas Town Center. About the tiny home: The tiny home is a converted 5th-wheel measuring 27ft long, 8.5 feet wide, and 13 feet tall. The tiny home has all the comfortability of a normal sized studio and is fully furnished, sleeping up to three: two in the bed, one on the couch that folds down into a bed. The bathroom has a dry toilet which is similar to a diaper genie. Basically, the waste is "flushed" into a cartridge. Once this cartridge is full after 50 flushes or so, one can pull the cartridge and legally dispose of the waste in the city trash. There is a wonderfully cozy/private outdoor shower. The shower has two heads, is mostly enclosed (besides the top), and raised on a platform so one will stay private and warm while getting clean. The house has good internet but adaptations may need to be made for avid gamers. Heat is supplied from an electric oil heater and has been more than sufficient. The home runs of 220v so running the heater, fridge, hair blow dryer, computer, etc. at the same time is not an issue. About the house with a foundation: There are three tenants that occupy the three-bedroom home where the tiny house is parked. They work A LOT and are rarely home. They keep to themselves and aren't partiers so no need to worry about noise. They're nice, reliable, trustworthy people. Rent details: Rent is $1,000/month. Renter will need to pay first, last, and a $500 deposit. Rent for a couple is $1,500/month with the same first, last, and deposit requirement. Utilities are included.
