Gorgeous, well maintained double wide home in one of the best 55+ resort living locations near Tampa / Clearwater / St. Pete (in Tarpon Springs) home of the famous sponge docks. Nothing beats this location where fishing in the lake, just steps away is always a great time. There are free and paid activities, shuffleboard, a nice newly renovated club house, fitness center, and heated swimming pool. I actually use the home as a three bedroom because it has a large Florida room / front lanai, and a back screened in lanai off the large master bedroom, with a private bath / walk in shower and walk in closet with private entrance in case you want a renter but don't want to share living space.
