It features a queen bed and a bunk bed. The cabin also includes a fireplace, Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a full bathroom. Guests have full access to the entire cabin, as well as the outdoor space and shared common area where the fire pit is located. Staying at Three Pines Cabins gives you access to our sister property's amenities. Guests are welcome to visit Sierra Blue Hotel & Swim Club to enjoy the indoor pool and spa during their stay. The Renter/Tenant shall be solely responsible for the payment of all utilities during the term of this Lease, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, and any other services consumed at the Premises. Internet/WiFi will be provided free of charge by the Landlord. A security deposit of $150 shall be paid by the Renter/Tenant prior to move-in. This deposit may be applied by the Landlord, as permitted by law, to cover unpaid rent, utility charges, excessive cleaning costs, or damages to the Premises beyond normal wear and tear. Any remaining balance of the deposit, after lawful deductions, will be returned to the Renter/Tenant within the time period required by applicable law.
