Washer and dryer hookups are included, as well as your own personal deck, as well as lawncare! Plus - your first two pets are free! 3927B Gallatin Pike is a one-bedroom unit on the second level of a home. Some important notes: 1) There is no shared space. The unit is accessed by stairs that lead up to your door on the back of the house (pictures are included). 2) We allow up to two cars. There is one reserved space right next to the steps, and one additional car is allowed in the back parking area. Visiting friends and family will be able to use the back parking area as well. 3) The lower unit, in the main part of the house, operates as an AirBB. Because of this, you will need to be mindful of noise just like you would in any excessive noise just like you would in any apartment situation. 4) As stated above, your first two pets are free! We would certainly prefer that the pets be cats. We are not opposed to a dog, but there is not much grassy areas in the back of the home (through there is a little bit), and we also want to make sure there is not a barking dog in the unit (because of the AirBB downstairs). 5) The washer / dryer hookups are located in the basement at the base of your stairs. If you would prefer to have a washer/dryer included in your lease package, we would be glad to include that for an extra $50 per month. The choice is totally up to you!
