Walking distance from Montrose Shopping Park, and less than a mile from all Elementary, Middle, and High Shcools. Less than 1/2 mile from Foothill Blvd. shopping as well. Very quiet neighborhood: most traffic occurs in the morning from 7-8am, and evening form 5-7pm. Afterwards, it's only locals walking and exercising on the streets. Montrose is a very quiet, and uneventful neighborhood. The biggest thing that happens in Montrose is the yearly Christmas Parade and the weekly/monthly events in Montrose Shopping Park. The La Crescenta Sherrifs and Glendale PD have it easy in this city. What can I say, I love living here
