The location is perfect close to everything...yet away from it all!! Access to miles of hiking trails lined with native cactus, smoke trees and fragrant wild desert sage without getting having to get in the car. Within a very peaceful hillside environment, it's still only 10 minutes away from Palm Springs and Palm Desert. A short drive and you have access to movie theatres, including an IMAX, shopping, restaurants, golf courses and Palm Springs International Airport. The Joshua Tree National Park, Aerial Tramway, Cabot Pueblo Museum, Palms to Pines Drive and Aqua Caliente Indian Canyons are all a 1 hour or less drive away.
