Hello! I am looking for someone to fill my spot in a 2bed/1 bath apartment in Clairemont. The apartment is newly remodeled, with brand new appliances, in unit laundry, and ample street parking. The rent is $1250/mo + utilities and whoever moves in will be taking over my spot on the lease, which ends Nov. 30th, so whoever moves in would commit to staying until then. You would be living with a PhD student at Scripps (Michaela) + her adorable orange cat. The location is perfect for UCSD/Scripps students (~15 min drive).
