Guests have full access to the entire cabin, as well as the outdoor space and shared common area where the fire pit is located. Staying at 3 Pines Cabins gives you access to our sister property's amenities. Guests are welcome to visit Sierra Blue Hotel & Swim Club to enjoy the indoor pool and spa during their stay. Lease Duration: Minimum 30 nights, renewable monthly. Rent: $4,599/month (10% discount for stays of 3+ months). Deposit: $150 refundable damage deposit (cash upon arrival). Pet Fee: $60 per pet, per stay. Occupancy: Standard maximum as per unit booked; extra-person fees apply. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, water, and gas. No guaranteed in-room Wi Fi.
