Looking for someone who will be respectful of my neighbors. They are some of the nicest you can find. Because of the parking and out of respect for my neighbors, I limit the Occupancy to a max of 2 adults, and up to three children. The house has gone through a major foundational remodel. This means that that entire foundation supporting the house has been re-done. There is still work that will be done on the bottom related to an extension that is in progress. With that said, I am more than happy to work with you on credits during anytime that construction is being completed to make up for the inconvenience.
