Address is 393 Brackin St. It is a quiet street with a sheriff's substation and EMS center close by. It has easy access to Rt 90 East and is also close to the Post Office, public library and grocery stores and restaurants. Total square footage is over 1900, over 1300 is heated and cooled. I am a private owner and prefer to meet potential tenants using a short application (free) before showing the house. I am looking for a responsible tenant with good rental history (no evictions) and a steady income of $4000 or greater. I will accept a small dog or cat if you have good rental references. Simple questions about the size of your family, income, etc. Tenant is responsible for utilities with Florida Light and Power and City of Crestview Water. Security of $1400 is needed to hold the house until June 1. Tenants are currently in the home but I can make an appointment with them to show the house.
