Pre-wired for reliable internet through Xfinity and you will have a strong cell phone signal through Verizon and possibly other providers. Landlord lives on site and is responsive. Cottage has a small fenced yard and dedicated parking. A storage shed is next to the cottage available for your use. We require good credit, good rental history and income verification of gross income totaling at least 3x the monthly rent. This space is appropriate for 1 or 2 people. Parking is limited, but you will have a dedicated parking space. Water is no cost. Electricity is allocated by separate meter attached to landlords bill which will be billed to tenant monthly. In the past tenant use of electricity ranged from $75-175 per month. There is a separate dedicated propane tank for the cottage and tenant will be responsible for obtaining an account with Ferrel gas and arranging delivery and payment of their propane. Trash/recycling is $20 per person, per month. Landlord has a service which picks up trash weekly. Internet/cable is tenants responsibility. Cottage is wired for Xfinity. No smoking allowed.
