Tenant must provide own padlock. It may be used for storage purposes only. $125/month for a year-long lease. $150/month for a winter season lease (now through March 31st). No security deposit. Rent can be paid by cash, check, credit/debit card, & e-transfer. The second month's rent will be prorated based on the day you move in. The dryer pictured in the photos will be removed.
