This is a shared living environment, just five minutes away from Keystone 15 minutes away from Arapahoe basin 20 minutes away from Breckenridge and 20 minutes away from Copper Mountain. We have two rooms available currently a middle floor room with a private bath and a basement room with a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom experience. There's one tenant in the basement. This house has a friendly environment to live in. It is equipped with everything you need including kitchen, equipment, cookware, refrigeration, storage all the things that come with a normal six bedroom house we have plenty of parking snow removal is included and in the rent we include absolutely everything. All utilities are included in the price, including wifi. We have people of all ages living here, but I am very careful to make sure that I create a cohesive and friendly living environment for everybody. We have guest spaces so if you have guests that come up and visit, there's plenty of beds for them. We have three refrigerators in the house. We have a deep freezer. We have a stove, two microwaves 3.5 bathrooms and two kitchen sink sinks. We like to have a 12 month lease however, if you are not happy with the property, we can allow you to leave with a 30 day written notice. Leaving in the months of March April May will result in the loss of your deposit and one month penalty rent. All of the roommates here are quite friendly. I have done a good job of filtering out people that might be abrasive or unfriendly.I like a balance of male and female.
