You'll definitely get a real sense of the neighborhood riding your bike or even on foot. There is a Farmer's Market every Sunday just three blocks away. We do have a cat and 3 chickens on the premises, however - they are contained in a chicken run (not free reign) near our house (in front). We often have backyard bonfires and potlucks with friends that you are welcome to join in if you'd like, if we are having one (not during COVID, of course). This is residential neighborhood, so we are looking for respectful neighbor(s) to join our community. Would love to find a long-term renter who's looking to stay for a while.
