Pets are allowed with a fee: +$50/mo for each pet, up to 3 pets. No additional pet deposit is required. APPLYING: Applications will be provided by request following the showing. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application, photo ID, and proof of income. Undocumented income cannot be counted. Application fee is $25 per adult.
