This is a rural casita but very clean and new inside about 380 sq feet with a 320 sq foot covered deck. Beautiful views and country living. But country living for sure(If you don't understand that last sentence this is not the property for you). The house isn't big enough for a dog and if a cat gets out here it will be gone quickly. Know that we do love pets but they don't work for this rental. This listing is a non-smoking non-vaping property. The rent is for the casita and parking only but does not extend to growing or cultivating the land. When you inquire confirm non-smoking/non vaping.
