A fixer for the mighty! Home had damage from backed up septic which needs repairs but it has been cleaned up and most gutted out. No entry without signed release because of condition in home. Poor condition on lower level Upper level has been set up as an apartment and is habitable but unsure of septic. All decks and stairs are needing lots of attention, please stay off! Pool is in need of attention also. There was an old home site closer to road. Fruit trees and bushes galore.
