We are looking for 1-2 individuals to move into the house, ideally beginning in June for a new 12-month lease. Space for 1 to move in before June 1, if needed. The $700 amount is a rough estimate of one individual's monthly rent amount, depending on if there are 4 or 5 individuals on the lease. If 5 individuals, the individual rent amount is between 625-650. If only 4 individuals, the individual rent amount is between 700-750. The home is spacious, has mostly hardwood floors, new bathroom floors, new blinds throughout, upgraded appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer), and fresh interior paint throughout. The main level has a kitchen and dining area, along with a living area (couch, TV, fireplace). A second living area (couch, TV, etc.) is in the basement, along with the laundry room, and ample storage space. There is a west-facing spacious backyard, a two-car garage, and a one-car carport located in the backyard. Lease would be June 1 2025 - May 31, 2026. Utilities will be covered by renters, separate from lease amount. No smoking within or on the premise of the property. Parking: Two-car garage, one covered carport, three driveway spaces, two street spaces.
