The basement has a living room that comes with a set of red sofas and a coffee table, a laundry/boiler room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 master bedroom. Owner pays for water, while tenants will pay for both gas and electricity (which will be determined by usage). Any pets are allowed but the rent price may go up or down depending on what pets, and how many will be living there.
