Additional non refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. - Minimum credit standard: credit score 700. - Any current or past evictions on record will disqualify the application. - Applications processed in order received. We will not hold the property. - Equal Housing Opportunity: We comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Rent is as follows: - First months rent will be pro-rated depending on what date of the month you move in. - Rent is non-negotiable. - Deposit will be paid in full before keys will be given. - No housing vouchers accepted. Renters insurance is required for the amount of $100,000.00 and is non-negotiable. Landlord requires proof of insurance before move in and keys given.
