Hillborn Properties offers 1br, 2br, and 3br units with park access. We are a pet friendly community that accepts pets on approval. We offer units with a washer and dryer in the unit and some without at this time. We do have a laundry room onsite for tenants to access during open hours. We have a 24 hr video security survellance system that records for safety and security. Our units are spcious and newer, and well kept. We have an onsite maintenance manager for emergency issues that may arise. No dishwasher in unit for 1br only. Included in the rental amount is heat, water , & refuse . Tenants pay for electricity only. Small to medium pets on approval.
